Needless Disagreements Guest post of the week by Bradley Guthrie My husband and I can never agree on anything. We fight about everything from what brand of soap to buy to what internet service we should get. Luckily, when we found CLEAR wireless internet we were able to at least stop fighting about who our internet provider would be. I work from home, so I need the flexibility of being able to get up and go and have internet wherever I am. Clear offers me this flexibility and my work has become so much easier knowing that I’ll have a connection wherever I go. My husband is doing a residency in emergency medicine and just started a new website for his fellow residents. He has always been the type who likes to work in a noisy environment so it’s also perfect for him. He gets to pick up his laptop and work in whatever coffee shop he wants. We are both singing the praises of our new Clear internet service. I really don’t know why it took us so long to change over. I wish I would have known about it sooner. If my husband and I had known about Clear internet sooner it would have saved us from a few fights! |

Extra cautious driver in the snow
Hello, Diet Coke 7 followers plus a few that refuse to show their following face to my blog:
Do you remember that I had a really crappy minivan? Did I ever even mention that on this blog? Why is it, again, that I have this blog? (I'm not drinking anymore, I'm pregnant, I win.) Anyway, the van. The van broke down and we were down to one tiny itty bitty car for a few months. We just got a Sienna. Ya know, the swaggerwagon. We love it because it's super roomy and super safe. And it reminds me of being in first class airplane. Here's what Daniela Crowe has to say about safety and driving:

Back when I first started driving, I had a sports car, which was definitely a mistake. I would drive to fast and was a little reckless. But then I hit a telephone pole, totaled it and came out with a broken arm. Surprisingly, I didn't do any more damage and I was by myself so that I didn't hurt anyone else. After that though I've concentrated so much on being a safe driver and when my kids start driving they're not getting sports cars.
I get a little nervous every time that I see snow in the forecast because even though I'm very careful about how I drive, other people aren't as careful as they need to be. While I was online looking up the forecast, I came across some Satellite Internet Deals and they sounded pretty great so I ordered one of them for my home internet service.
Luckily, the town did a really great job of clearing the road and also salting them beforehand. They actually did a better job of that than many times before.

Thank you, Daniela. So now I'm semi maybe looking into Satellite Internet Deals. Not because it has anything to do with driving, but more importantly, the internet. Satellite Internet Deals may even be cheaper than Time Warner. Who's to say?
